    Born from Love & Necessity

    When my beloved Christin was struggling to find a therapy spot, I watched her wait months for the mental health support she desperately needed. The therapy waitlists were endless, but her need for DBT skills was immediate.

    I couldn't just stand by and watch. Drawing from comprehensive DBT books and research, I began creating what would become DBT-Mind—initially just for Christin, to give her the tools she needed while waiting for professional care.

    What started as a personal project born from love has grown into something much bigger. Now, we want to make DBT accessible to everyone who could benefit from these life-changing skills, regardless of therapy waitlists or availability.
